What a team! We moved recently and chose to use Aspire Floors for the third time as we had been very pleased with their prior work. This time however, we needed much more than one simple job and they were truly outstanding. Renos are traditionally over budget and late. Not at all. From the first request to the last, Malik and his team were excellent workers who were professional, friendly and on time. We even asked for help with a carpentry situation and it too was handled with talent and imagination. We would easily recommend this company to any and all. We also had our fireplace wall re-tiled and a new kitchen backsplash installed. In all cases we were very pleased with the quality of the work. The owner Malik has been very prompt and professional in all his contact with us, as well as very pleasant. He immediately was on top of any small problem that arose and made sure we were completely satisfied. He also made sure we received all documentation required for strata approval. Highly recommended.

Ahmed installed the floor he was very good at his job he was also very polite. Malik came to oversee the project and to make sure we were happy with everything. Right from my initial inquiry, Malik promptly arrived as scheduled to view our flooring requirements for new engineered hardwood and followed up quickly with a quote. My confidence that we made the right decision was quickly confirmed when the materials arrived on time as promised and the install crew arrived sharply at 8:00 am per schedule. Both guys were very super hard working, friendly and always cautious to keep the work area as clean as possible. I can't say enough how impressed we are with the finished job, it's a fine example of skilled craftmanship from people who deeply care about their work. Malik drove out from Kelowna to Vernon every day, even on Sunday( his Family day) to make sure everything was going well. The floor layer was extremely patient working around all our equipment and worked the entire long weekend and long days to get it done for re open. Not too many Companies will work around your schedule and an entire long weekend. I am very impressed with the service and quality. Thank you Malik and team.
